The Merity qualified investor fund has carried out its first acquisition. The 122,000 m² plot is part of a special economic zone easily accessible from the production plants. In close proximity there is an exit from the A4 motorway and the DK88 first-class road. A building permit has been obtained for a 57,000 m² logistics hall.

According to the GLP, the future hall will meet the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the most important of which are: affordable and clean energy; industry, innovation and infrastructure; climate action; decent work and economic growth; responsible consumption and production, and life on the land. “We offer our customers across Europe our experience and commitment to innovation.
